TUNA CUTTING CEREMONY | 5PM & 6:30PM

Amami Japanese Cocktail Bar will have a course menu dinner available with fresh sashimi straight from a traditional Tuna Cutting Ceremony. 

Ticket holders will have the opportunity to witness Chef Nick Wang breaking down a 200 lb Bluefin Tuna.
